مادۀ 3 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر
هر فردی حق زندگی ، آزادی و امنيت شخصی دارد
ماده ۱۸ اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر
هر انسانی محق به داشتن آزادی اندیشه، وجدان و دین است؛ این حق شامل آزادی دگراندیشی، تغییر مذهب [دین]، و آزادی علنی و آشکار کردن آئین و ابراز عقیده، چه به صورت تنها، چه به صورت جمعی یا به اتفاق دیگران، در قالب آموزش، اجرای مناسک، عبادت و دیده بانی آن در محیط عمومی و یا خصوصی است.

هر فردی حق آزادی عقيده و بيان دارد و اين حق مستلزم آن است که کسی از داشتن عقايد خود بيم و نگرانی نداشته باشد.

1 . رسیدگی کامل به وضع دگراندیشان توسط گزارشگر ویژۀ شورای حقوق بشر (دکتر احمد شهید) در امور ایران
2 . آزادی بدون قید و شرط تمامی زندانیان سیاسی و عقیدتی، هستیم .

Article 3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 18. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Article 19. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Here by we are asking for:

Compelete probe, attention of Dr. Ahmed Shaheed, Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights Situation in Iran by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, to investigate the situattion of dissidents in Iran.

2. Unconditionally realease of all political and ideological prisoners.
