حاکمیت و مقامات مسئول به راحتی به انکار هر گونه موارد نقض حقوق اقلیت‌های مذهبی می‌پردازند و در مقابل فعالین حقوق اقلیت‌های مذهبی، ایران را بزرگ‌ترین زندان اقلیت‌های مذهبی می‌دانند.
به عنوان مثال وقتی کمیسیون آزادی بین‌المللی مذهب، در گزارش سالانه خود ایران را از جمله کشورهای ناقض «جدی» آزادی‌های دینی دانسته و هشدار داده که این شرایط در ایران رو به وخامت است، در مقابل وزارت خارجه ایران در برابر این ادعا واکنش نشان داده و آن را کاملا رد می‌کند! یا در حالی که صد‌ها تن از فعالان حقوق اقلیت‌های مختلف مذهبی در زندان به سر می‌برند و در محاکم قضایی پرونده دارند، سخن گوی عالیترین مقام قضایی کشور در مصاحبه مطبوعاتی آشکارا می‌گوید: «
هیچ کس به جرم‌هایی نظیر درویشی، بهاییت و… در زندان نیست.»!وقتی که اتهامات قضایی اقلیت‌های مذهبی از جمله دراویش، مسیحیان و بهاییان و سایر نوکیشان مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد، اتهامات هیچ گونه ارتباطی با فعالیت حقیقی مته‌مان آن‌ها ندارد، به عنوان مثال عقیده به مذهب و مکتبی خاص با عنوان «عضویت در گروه ضد امنیتی» پوشش داده می‌شود و به این ترتیب جرم اصلی متهم که همان عقیده به مکتبی خاص و تلاش برای حفظ اوست، مخفی می‌ماند و مسئولین به راحتی می‌توانند خالی بودن زندان‌ها از زندانیان عقیدتی را پشت تریبون‌هایی که تنها به خودشان اختصاص دارند فریاد بزنند، و به طور مشابه فعالین سیاسی نیز از آنجایی که جرم سیاسی در کشور تعریف شده نیست تنها با لفظ «اقدام علیه امنیت ملی» در دایره جرایم امنیتی قرار گرفته و همین مجوز به ظاهر قانونی است که مقامات کشور مدعی شوند که در کشور زندانی سیاسی وجود ندارد!!! در واقع به نوعی با تغییر نام، ماهیت را پنهان کرده و با پاک کردن صورت مساله، مساله را حل شده جلوه می‌دهند.
مساله‌ی ارتباط فرد با خدا و خود درونی او یک مساله‌ی کاملا شخصی است و در هر جامعه‌ای نه تنها در ایران اسلام زده بلکه در تمام اروپا و امریکا هم صدق می‌کند. یک انسان حق دارد اندیشه‌های نسل‌های گذشته را حفظ کند و بر اساس همان باورها زندگی کند و یا حق تغییر و انتخاب دارد.
ما می‌توانیم مسلمان بمانیم، یا به یک کمونیست تبدیل شویم و یا با تغییر اسلام به مسیحیت یا زرتشت روی بیاوریم.
ما فعالین حقوق بشر از دکتر احمد شهید گزارشگر ویژه‌ی سازمان ملل متحد در امور ایران میخواهیم که نسبت به رفتار و عملکرد حکومت ایران در برخورد با دگراندیشان ایران بر مبنای میثاق‌ها ئی که ایران متعهد به اجرای آن شده است، توجه بیشتر نموده، بررسی دقیقتری بعمل آورده و طی گزارشی به شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد ارائه نماید.

The world should know and be aware of that
The leader and authorities in Islamic Republic of Iran easily deny any denunciation of religious minorities ‘rights, on the contrary, the activists who defend religious minorities ‘rights, decree Iran as the largest prison for religious minorities.
For instance, when the Commission on International Religious Freedom, reported Iran as a country which contradicted freedom of religeons exterimly and warned this situation is getting worse in Iran, the department of state of Iran, reacted to this claim and decline it totally! Or while there are hundreds of activists who defend different religeous minorities‘ rights in prison and their cases has been sent to the court, the spoksman of the gratest autoritie of the country announced in a press confrence aboveboarded : There is no one in prison for misdeeds like being a Darvish, Baha’i, Christian , etc!
When we study the judicial charges against religious minorities, including Darvishes, Christians, Baha’is and other converted, we find out that the charges are not related to the real activities of the defendants, for example be living in a special religion and doctrine is presented as membership in a counter security group and by this trick, the real accusation, which is be living in a special religion or doctrine and attempts to keep it, would remain concealed and authorities can shout easily that there is no idea prisoner in the tribunes, Medias, that is belongs to them only, in the same way, the political activists would be accused with proceeding counter national security actions, since there is lack of defined explanation about political crime and with this semi-legal permission, authorities of the country can declare that there is no political prisoner!!!
In fact they have changed the the reality, with changing the names some how and they blazone the problem solved with clearing the question.
One’s relation with God and the internal selfdom is compleately personal and this matter includes not only Iran, but whole Europe and United States. A humankind deserves to keep his anccestors‘ toughts and live withthe same belives or he can choose and change his religeon.
We can be a Muslum or become to a Communist or we can convert to a Christian or Zorastrian after being a Muslim.
We, The Human Rights Activists, are asking for Dr. Ahmed Shaheed, Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights Situation in Iran by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, to give more attention on how Iranian regeem‘s behavior and how it deals with dissidents, based on convenants that Iran undertook to proceed them, making more accurate probe and report it to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
